We were up at 3:00 am to get to Indy for a 7:30 flight &#8230; that became an 8:00 flight. Then 11. Then 3. And finally never.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stevegrossblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230922_055025-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"4000\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late in the afternoon we were able to fly to Austin and arrived in Dallas a little after 8 pm &#8211; 11 hours later than planned.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stevegrossblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230922_140956-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4000\" height=\"3000\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are here for an awards banquet for Samuel&#8217;s summer internship with Southwest Advantage. Fortunately it&#8217;s to be held at noon tomorrow, so we didn&#8217;t miss it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We made the most of our time in Indy.
