By the time I was 31 years old, I had almost convinced myself that I was going to be single forever.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then I met Melissa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was smitten by the end of our first evening together, in love by two weeks, proposing within four months, and married in less than eight.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(I wasn&#8217;t going to give her time for second thoughts!)<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I knew on our wedding day that I was blessed.
