{"id":9528,"date":"2023-05-16T02:32:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T02:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stevegrossblog.com\/?p=9528"},"modified":"2026-10-02T01:33:10","modified_gmt":"2026-10-02T01:33:10","slug":"belated-mothers-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stevegrossblog.com\/?p=9528","title":{"rendered":"BELATED MOTHER&#8217;S DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With all of the graduation and military commissioning hoopla this past weekend, Mother&#8217;s Day got overshadowed in a big way.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I confess, the kids and I didn&#8217;t do the greatest job on Sunday of acknowledging and honoring Melissa. Everybody was plain exhausted, for one thing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So even though I am a bit late, I want to put into writing here just how much I love, admire, and appreciate my wife and the mother of our 4 kids.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melissa has given me the four greatest blessings of my lifetime outside of her own hand in marriage. They are the incredible human beings they are by God&#8217;s grace and by her guidance as their mother.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is nothing I could ever give her in return that would even come close to matching those gifts to me.
