… took the helm of Cowman School today and, I have to say, so far I really love her.I’m blowing the summer dust off this blog to widely announce a big change in the administration at Cowman International School. Our former principal, Angie Bundy, has asked my wife, Melissa, to fill the role of principal and this morning, when all the teachers gathered upstairs at Radio4VEH next door to begin the new school year, the baton was officially passed.Angie will remain as director of the school but is, I believe, more than happy to pass to Melissa the burden of day to day administration of the staff and curriculum as well as all the headaches that come with it. Staff shortages have necessitated that Angie will be stepping into the 5th grade classroom as lead teacher. So she will continue to have her hands full. For Melissa’s part, she is a bit nervous about this new burden of responsibility and I have found it necessary over the last few weeks since she prayerfully agreed to the new role to remind her that God has gifted her for such a position as this and that He will guide and He will provide. So this morning, Angie opened our first teacher meeting of the 2017/2018 school year …
